The Colorado Judicial Institute acheives its mission through the efforts of unique committees made up of board members and the general membership. Each committee is lead by a CJI Board Member who is responsible for the projects and direction of the committee. The activities of each committee must meet at least one area of our mission.
1. To preserve and enhance the independence and excellence of Colorado courts.

2. To promote public understanding of the Colorado judicial system.

3. To ensure that the courts mee the needs of the people.

The CJI board also works to maintain the viability of the organziation through administrative and fundraising activities. The committees that have an administrative role are membership and resource development, human resources, CLE sponsorship, and board development.
